I've lived in cold places before. When I was in Montreal five years ago, before wind chill it was minus 40 degrees celcius. Yes, that's a huge NEGATIVE folks. So why am I complaining about Sydney weather? sure it's only like 10 degrees but the buildings are not made to cope with storing heat. They are made to let heat out! Yes... so the limited heat in it right now is being let out!!! Well it's been a bit like this... autumn, autumn, autumn, SNAP, winter wacks you in the head when you thought you were coping just fine.
